| The machine is specially designed to clean the crank shaft journal with a special emphasis on the oil holes. While a gross high pressure spray is good for over all cleaning only oriented spry can flush out the dirt through the oil holes.
The machine has special adjustable nozzles which orient the spray into the oil hole and effect a total cleaning.
Rinsing, air blow rust preventive dips follow the cleaning.
The system is designed for robotic line automation.
